Thomas Nalepa is an aquatic biologist who specializes
in examining lower food web changes in the
Great Lakes. His current research focuses on
trends in benthic invertebrate populations and
on the interactions between the benthic community,
invasive species, and the upper food web in
Lakes Huron and Michigan.
